When will my item be shipped?
All items are shipped either the next day or the same day payment is received and/or cleared. I ship Monday-Saturday (except holidays). All items are shipped from my home in Pennsylvania.

How is my item shipped?
All items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise noted in the description, which comes with delivery confirmation. If you prefer a cheaper or faster shipping method, please contact me and I will do my best to accomodate you. All items over $100.00 will be insured and sent with a signature confirmation.

I do not ship internationally.

Do you combine shipping?
Shipping Charges are stated in each auction. If you purchase more than 1 item, please contact me before ordering to see if your products qualify for combined shipping.

Where is my item?
Most of the items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Most items arrive in less than 4 days ; but the US Postal Service is known to occasionally take longer. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from shipment date if within the US. Flockgrl Cavern cannot control the speed of USPS or any other delivery service.

Do you use a dropshipping service?
No, I do not use a dropshipping service. All items are in my personal possession.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Google Checkout, Paypal, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. No personal checks will be accepted. However, in Paypal, you have the option to do an echeck. Once the echeck clears (usually 4-7 days), your item will be shipped. Google Checkout and Paypal also offer the option to use credit cards.

No, sales tax is not charged.

Where do your items come from and what condition are they in?
My items can come from estate auctions or from my personal collection. They can be used or brand new. The item condition will be accurately described in each item description. All items are stored in my smoke-free home. I do have 3 cats for those extremely allergic to pet dander.

Do I need to register with eCRATER to purchase an item from you?
No. Membership is not required for you to make a purchase.
