PAYMENT POLICY:
Payments accepted are: Paypal, Google Checkout, money orders & cashiers checks. No personal checks accepted.
*Be sure to include item number/title and your mailing address with mailed payments so that I am able to send your item out to the correct address.
Payment is to be made within 7 days. If more time is needed, please email me and let me know. I will be happy to work with you! Items will not be shipped until payment is received and/or cleared.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All items are sent via USPS with delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation and insurance will be included for items over $100.00
No International shipping.
All items are shipped the next day (or same day) payment is received/cleared. I will send an email with the delivery details.
REFUND POLICY:
I will ONLY offer a refund for any item that has been grossly misrepresented within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same condition as you have received it. I must be contacted first before any item is to be returned.
Returns must be packaged with delivery confirmation for your protection. Once the item has been returned and I have verified that it is the original item and not a switched item, I will process your refund.
Refund is for item amount only. Shipping amount to and from is not refunded.
